These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 98apk platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering with 98apk, you agree to be bound by everything set out here. Last updated: 2026.
A plain-English overview of the most important rules before you read the full terms below.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 98apk. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent restrictions will be closed and balances forfeited. Identity verification may be required.
All transactions on 98apk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer are available. Withdrawals use the same verified payment methods linked to your account.
All bonuses and promotions at 98apk have specific wagering requirements and time limits. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirement is completed. Attempting to abuse bonus offers will result in cancellation.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. 98apk will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder has shared their credentials or failed to secure them properly.
Using automated tools, bots or exploits to manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited. Collusion between players, match manipulation and any form of fraud will result in immediate account suspension and legal referral where applicable.
By accessing the 98apk platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser or any other means — and by creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all services available on 98apk, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fish games and all other gaming products offered now or in the future. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Creating a 98apk account constitutes full acceptance of these Terms regardless of whether you have placed a bet or made a deposit. Continued use of the platform after any update to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
To register and use 98apk you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
98apk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where proof cannot be provided or where a player is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposits may be refunded at 98apk's discretion.
98apk takes its age restriction obligations seriously. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account permanently closed. Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing online gaming platforms.
Each person may hold only one active account with 98apk. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a breach of these Terms. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any balances held within them will be forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid contact details and correct payment information. 98apk may require you to verify your identity by submitting copies of a government-issued identification document before processing withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with anyone. All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 98apk support immediately.
98apk reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
98apk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as supported and listed in the platform cashier at the time of deposit.
Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being restricted.
Your 98apk account balance is maintained in Pakistani Rupees at all times. There are no currency conversion steps between your deposit, your gameplay and your withdrawal.
Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to fund your 98apk account and that are registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete identity verification by providing acceptable proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard requirement to protect all players from unauthorised account access.
From time to time, 98apk offers bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time the offer is made and take precedence in case of any conflict with this general section.
General bonus rules that apply across all 98apk promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:
Before claiming any bonus at 98apk, review the wagering requirement, the time limit and the eligible games. This prevents disappointment and ensures you know exactly what is required to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash.
All bets placed on 98apk are subject to the platform's betting rules as displayed within the sportsbook at the time of betting. General principles that apply across sports betting on 98apk include:
For cricket specifically — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — detailed market rules covering Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, reduced-over games and other cricket-specific scenarios are available within the Cricket section of the sportsbook.
All casino games, slot games and fish games available on 98apk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are genuinely random and independent of previous outcomes. 98apk does not manipulate game outcomes.
Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is displayed within the individual game's information panel. RTP is a statistical average calculated over millions of game rounds and is not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on 98apk and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
98apk employs monitoring systems to detect unusual activity patterns. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals temporarily held pending review. This process protects all players from the effects of bad actors on the platform.
98apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of a breach of these Terms. Where an account is suspended for investigation, existing bets will be settled normally and the balance will be held pending the outcome of the investigation.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 98apk support. If you wish to take a break from gaming, you can also request a temporary self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion, your account will be inaccessible and no new bets or deposits will be possible.
Upon permanent closure of an account — whether initiated by 98apk or the player — any remaining balance after deducting bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.
98apk's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 98apk will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any other economic loss beyond the account balance.
98apk is not responsible for service interruptions, delays or errors caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural events or third-party software failures.
Gambling involves financial risk. Players acknowledge that they may lose the funds they deposit and wager on 98apk. The platform does not guarantee any particular outcome from gaming or betting activity.
98apk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with 98apk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal information is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and customer support. 98apk does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors and verification service providers as necessary to operate the platform.
